Your data may be distributed on the Internet in the case of winning competitions and/or events with prizes.
The parties concerned are entitled at any moment to obtain confirmation of whether said data exists and to learn its contents and origin, check it is accurate or request that it be supplemented, updated or corrected (Art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30-06-2003). In accordance with the same article, the parties concerned are entitled to request deletion, conversion into anonymous form or blocking of any data processed in violation of the law and also to oppose its processing, in all cases, for legitimate reasons.
