Max Mara Fashion Group S.r.l. - MAX&Co. Division, with headquarters in via Mazzacurati 6, Reggio Emilia, Italy, owner of the data collected with the newsletter subscription form, as per Art. 13 of Italian D.lgs. n. 196/2003, informs you that the personal data provided on the form will be subjected to processing for purposes of an informational, promotional and advertising nature (sending newsletters, informational and promo-advertising materials via e-mail or via regular mail, including information regarding special initiatives, events and product launchings).
Said data is processed using manual and computerised instruments which are suitable to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.
The gathered data can be communicated, for the above-mentioned purposes, to the companies in our group (Max Mara Group), suppliers, distributors and/or affiliates.
We also inform you that you may exercise the rights provided for by Art. 7 of Italian law 196/2003 (which you will find in the following section).

D.lgs. 30 giugno 2003, n. 196 Article 7 - Right of access to personal data and other rights

1. The data subjects have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data relating to them, also if not yet registered, and the communication of this data in an intelligible form.
2. The data subjects have the right to obtain information regarding:
a) the origin of the personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of processing;
c) the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the use of electronic tools;
d) the data identifying the owner, the managers and the designated representative in compliance with article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the entities or categories of entities to which the personal data may be communicated or who may be informed about it in their position as designated representative in the State territory, as managers or as officers.
3. The data subjects have the right to obtain:
a) the updating, the correction or, when in their interest, the integration of the data;
b) the cancellation, the transformation into anonymous form or the blockage of data processed in breach of the law, including data whose preservation is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processes;
c) certification that the operations referred to under letters a) and b) have been brought to the notice, also with regards to their content, of those to whom the data has been communicated or made known, with the exception of cases in which this fulfilment is impossible or implies the use of means that are clearly disproportionate compared to the protected right.
4. The data subjects have the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data that relate to them, even though relevant to the purpose of its collection;
b) to the processing of personal data relating to them for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

In accordance with Art. 23 of Italian D.lgs. n. 196/2003, the undersigned authorises and consents that the data supplied, in particular any data considered to be sensitive, are subject to processing for the purposes indicated in the section above, which he/she declares to have read and understood.
